okay first of all please don’t answer this unless u have heard about this book, used it or know about it and what it offers. So I am a 14 and a half yr old girl who is about 5’8″ weighing in about 163 lbs. I’m not overweight but i have a lot of fat on me!!! I can’t wear girly clothes and i can’t wear bathing suits and the thing that sucks is that I live in Hawaii! I really wan to lose this weight! I would like to lose about 25-33 pounds so I can be around 130 lbs! Today is feb 5th and I want to lose this weight by no later than the middle of June. I will go to the gym 3 times a week to lift weights and then on the other days I will run about 1.5 miles. I am an active person so I’m always doing stuff! I will start the diet probably in 2-3 weeks so probably in may so in about 3 months do you think I can lose about 28 lbs using the diet from the book The diet for teenagers only? how much do i think i will lose a week? I’ve heard of that book, and I’m not so sure about it. I use the AB diet, (go on weknowdiets.com and look for it) there are NO bad reviews for it and thats what got me to lose the weight and keep me motivated!

Well, it sounds like your doing all the right things but maybe you need to change some stuff if you don’t already. For exercise, try switching it up (Monday work on arms, Tuesday work on stomach, Wednesday work on legs, Thursday Rest, Friday Arms, Saturday Stomach, Sunday Legs) though you can choose your own schedule/plan. Try maybe using different machines for stomach or legs or arms so your body doesn’t get used to it.
For eating, try portion control (70% of your diet is food intake but exercise is also important) eating the serving size and if there is no designated serving size, 1cup if it’s a meal and 1/2 a cup if it’s a snack.
Breakfast- Whenever you choose
Drink of choice- hour after breakfast (all other drinks being water; one cup of drink of choice)
Lunch- 1hr after Drink of choice
Snack- 1/2 cup, 1 hour after lunch
Dinner- 2 hours after snack
As for detox, try those little foot pads you put on when you sleep and they’re usually on TV but also a Walgreens and stores like that

so i am 13, and this is the 1st real day of my diet. i ate all healthy, and i went walking with my cousin for a while, we rode bikes, and i danced in my room for about 15 min. the thing is, im not going to be able to ride my bike or go walking every day, (due to rain, cold weather, no one to go with..) me and my friend and cousin are all trying to lose weight, but i can only hang out with them each one day a week. so the rest of the time, what do i do? i know i am not going to be able to dance in my room for 2 hours every day. that is so incredibly boring. what else can i do? i cant afford to go to the gym.

Stick to about 1,200 calories a day.
Instead of counting calories though, maybe you could just start eating healthier stuff and going for walks. Exercise is the best way. Don’t eat any junk food, and if you must, try eating sugar free chocolate pudding or something better for you. There’s a big difference between saturated fats and healthy fats. You do need some fat but not from processed foods and empty calories.
What are empty calories? Donuts, chips, any pastries are very bad, all that stuff.
Try eating several small meals a day which consist of 1 protein and 1 vegetable and you will lose a lot of weight. Also try lifting very light weights and doing high reps for 10 minutes a day. OR — if you’re up for it and want even faster results, for 3 minutes a day do SPRINTS! That will burn up the calories faster than you can imagine (even while you’re sleeping!) and you will have a great figure by November. Good luck with your fitness goals, it’s good that you see you have a problem and you’re doing something to change it.

but you must drink lots water., you can lose up to 9 pound in one day., you must be in healthy conditions
