Girls, what is a good at home workout plan?
Im almost 20, and I just want to tone up my stomach, butt, thighs-inner and outer, front and back- obliques, and upper and lower back. also how do I get rid of the little bit of fat where my bra fits around me?? I heard working your chest makes your boobs smaller, so I just do bicep curls and tricep dips for my arms. I run tuesdays and thursdays and I do yoga on the weekends so theres cardio. What can I do monday, wednesday and friday that will tone me up and burn the fat covering my muscle without me ending up looking like a guy and that lets me keep my boobs how they are?
Well i started this 2 weeks ago and i can already see the differance.
