I have had stomach problems for many years now. To the point that I can only eat 4 foods comfortably. This product got me to a point where I could eat little amount of “normal” food (ie more than the 4 foods mentioned above) within 3 weeks, for my last meal of the day. Of course I was a little too ambitious and went to eating normal foods every meal and went right back to all my trouble. But I expect this will take longer than I expected. And I have a feeling I will always have to watch what I eat. But this definitely helps.
