Review: It’s okay, but more of a brochure than a book.
I thought I’d give this a try as I was looking for some new information to update my program. The book provided good information regarding the physical stress and science behind muscle growth but I kept waiting for the book to take off…and then, 30 minutes later, I was done with it. There was nothing new here that I hadn’t already read on other reputable fitness sites – for free.
