how to lose that “stubborn” inner thigh fat?
I am 4’11″ woman that weighs about 127 lbs. . .and i am currently taking a diet supplement to help enhance my workouts. I do 30-45 mins of Cardio(combination of joggin and running) and 15-20 mins of muscle toning (targeting the tummy are since i am a mom)every day.I t makes it even harder fo me b/c i take about 20 credits per semester at college and i work full time.
I know losing the “mummy tummy” is going to a killer but, when i was around 110 before my son, i ALWAYS had trouble losing that inner thigh fat NO MATTER HOW MUCH RUNNING i would do. I mean i used to play Soccer and jog about 3 miles a day and nothing would get rid of that fat that’s right at the top area near your “genital region”
Hope you know what i am talking about. . .Any moms with similar problems? I am a very open minded person. . .PLEASE HELP ME!

but i may be able to help. Cuz i was always worried about that too.
Give a machine at the gym called “hip abductor” a shot.
Its where you have to padded cushions facing the inside of your knees, and you pull them apart, set your desired weight, and squuuueeeze. Make sure youu do a lot of reps and sets with this. This is a machine i use daily too.
Also, dont expect its going to go away in a few weeks, it took more than a few months for me to start noticing. give it a shot!
do guys care about inner thigh fat?

do guys always pay attention to your inner thigh… and is it a turn off??
i’m very self consious about my inner thighs and can’t seem to slim them down even though i’ve done cardio everyday after school, and i do squats and lunges which are supposed to help and it’s not!
You know, there will always be someone to find flaws or faults, but to be honest, most guys don’t pick apart women the way we do to ourselves. And truth is, in 20 years everything changes so if they are being picky about it now, I’d avoid them like the plague. You are fine.

1) Mini Muffin top
2) Butt fat not muscle. I have a rather large behind and I’m quite tiny
