Not all smoothie recipes books are the same. If you’re looking for a good smoothie recipe book I would highly recommend this one. What I’ve noticed in some smoothie books is they often coat their recipes with more fruits and less vegetables to improve taste and you actually lose the real benefits of green smoothies. The author pointed this out and showed you how to prepare yourself for healthy smoothies. Its safe to say he was brutally honest which I liked. I’ve tried a few of the recipes and while some were great some the taste you just have to get accustomed too. Nevertheless this was worth every penny.
