I’m 16, I’m 5ft. 7in. But I recently just hit 220lbs. But I don’t understand why. I only drink water, because honestly I don’t like other drinks. Personal trainer? If only I had the money.
Working out every day for at least 60 minutes? That’s even funnier than me eating anything green.
Working out is not at the top of my list, though losing weight is right up there.
