Love Handles Don’t Have To Be Hard To Lose

The term, “love handles,” sounds cute, but in reality they aren’t so cute. If these “handles” were simply there to make it easier to hold onto loved ones, who could complain about that? Those “handles”, unfortunately, are little more than extra fat stores that keep a person’s pants from fitting properly. Some people have love handles so prominent that they hang over the waistband of their pants. “Muffin top” is also used to describe this. Fortunately, muffin tops and love handles are not conditions that you have to put up with. You can take quite a few actions that will reduce your weight and get rid of those love handles. As you already know, exercise is the most effective way to get rid of love handles. You probably know that not every exercise will work for what you need done.
