Review: Great Book For Healthier Eating
I love avocados and know very well about the health benefits to them, but have had a hard time finding ways to use them besides in guacamole or in salads. Also, I have kids who don’t really care about how good a food is FOR you, if it doesn’t taste good they won’t eat it. I was so glad to stumble across this Kindle book! It was well worth the download.
One of the things I really liked about this book was how every recipe is easy to follow, with no complicated instructions. Also, the fact that almost every main dish recipe can be made with or without meat for people who might be vegetarian is helpful. We do not eat vegetarian, but we do try to have one or two meals a week without meat in them; this book is going to provide a lot of new meals to try for our meatless nights.
