Your Questions About Fastest Way To Lose Inner Thigh Fat

Steven asks…

Easiest, Fastest. HELP!?

I need the fastest, easiest way to lose belly fat and fat on my inner thighs! HELP! PLEASE.

GetSlimFast answers:

Mild running and some squats with no weights
and dont be so lazy if you were really committed you would try you hardest and definately lose any fat and actually gain lots of useful muscles

Helen asks…

What is the fastest, healthiest way to trim fat and get lean??

Specifically in the midsection (abs and lower back) and the inner arms and thighs. I know that a lot of cardio is needed in order to get rid of fat overall, but how do I target those areas? And how much time is “normal” to see results/weight loss?

Also, this may sound silly but, is it possible for your feet/hands/face to decrease in size/thickness as you lose weight?

Has anyone used any weight loss supplements that actually work?? Or didn’t work?

Has anyone tried body wraps or things of that nature??

Thanks everyone!!!

GetSlimFast answers:

Eat right and run a lot. I take protein powder. It is healthy and will build muscle. It also fills me up when I am hungry so I don’t overeat.

Susan asks…

Helppppppppp Pleaseeeeee!!?

Im fed up i need to lose my stomach fat and inner thigh fat. Whats the fastest way to do it. I have like done everything you can imagine. Can i lose it in 1 month. Im desperate. Need to lose 20lbs within this month pleasee tell me how. Thank you.

GetSlimFast answers:

It depends on your body, some people can lose weight easier. I lost 25 ibs in 3 weeks. All i did was not eating sweet thing,no bread,no rice, just vegetables, exercise hard, drink a lot of water.it simply worked for me.do the treadmill ad much as you can.

Robert asks…

I am trying to lose weight, the healthy way. Ideas?

I am 5’6 and way more than 200 pounds. I know I am obese. I carry all the weight in my stomach and inner thighs. My outer thighs and calves are great looking. I was an athlete for 14 years. I haven’t been swimming for 3 years and have gained more and more weight very fast. I tried pills that I received from my doctor with a prescription and lost 30 pounds. I then went off the pills and gained forty pounds in one year. I know terrible.
I went to the nutritionist. I followed her plan for two weeks, and then got tired of it.
I gave up fries and juice, and have stuck with that for two months now.
I tried LA weight loss and did not like it at all.

Right now I do weight training every other night, and do a dance cardio tape 4 nights a week for a half hour. Portion control is difficult for me but I am trying.

I snack often, bad things, but one or two bites and that is it.

Let me know if you have any success plans. I know I am fat so you do not have to post comments like that, it would be a waste of your time.

Thank you for any advise.

p.s. My parents are both health and fit and have not suffered from weight problems.
Thank you all so much for the advise! I appreciate it.
I bought the Acai stuff. I also plan on doing more cardio and watching my portions. Thanks for the luck!

Have a great day.

GetSlimFast answers:

You might have answered your own question. Diet plans aren’t fun or easy. They take patience and stick-to-it-tive-ness

you didn’t get in this condition overnight and you won’t get out of it overnight either.

Losing fat and keeping it off is 3-fold:

proper food intake and proper ratio of macronutrients (carbs/protein/fats)

cardio (proper progression techniques)

lifting weights (it keeps our metabolism humming along)

the very first thing i do is cut carbs out. Only 50 grams per day.
Then i make give them enough protein and fats to maintain their current muscle mass.

Then, i prescribe 7 days of cardio at 30mins a session. You are doing four. So add 3 more days of cardio. Do that until fat loss stalls. Then add 10 mins to each cardio session. Do that until fat loss stalls. Then add another 10 mins. This is proper cardio progression.

Lifting weights is self explanatory. But 3 days per week is needed. Never do cardio before your weights. Only after.

Without knowing your perfect weight, i can’t tell you how many grams of protein and fats to eat.

Good luck!

Linda asks…

What would be the most effective way for me to excercise or lose weight?

I am 14 years old. I’m 5′ 4″ and I weigh 140 pounds. i have been at the same weight for 3 years, and i have grown, so the weight is evenly distributed, i’m not overly fat.i have moderatley sized boobs, but they are a bit on the big side. and i’m curvy. guy’s compliment me about my shape all the time. i don’t want to lose ALOT of weight only like 15-20 pounds or so. as far as i can tell, it seems that the problem area is my inner thighs. They are kind of flabby but not disgusting lol. aka: i dont feel insecure about wearing a mini skirt.

I used to run at this soccer field everyday, but I can’t anymore because i used to go with my sister, but now that she’s pregnant she doesn’t go any more. So i can’t go. the running stopped like 6 months ago.

Her fiance has weights, but they r 12 pounds each so i think that would be too much. unless i want to gain alot of muscle. I don’t have any excercise machines. i do have acess to a gym, but it would be really inconvenient to go. so i just have to scratch the gym idea.

I go to school at 8:00 AM school ends at 2:40, but i usually reach home at around 6:00. when i get home, i go to sleep at around 10:00 and in the for hours, i have homework, chores etc. but its not os bad that i cant squeeze in an hour of excercise. so a long routine wouldnt really be bad for me.

I cant go jogging in my neighborhood. its not as though its a particularly unsafe place, as ppl jog through it all the time. its just that these days, i dont wanna leave the house without someone just for safelty reasons.

The next thing is that i can’t really afford to get all those non fat this low sugar that. and its hard to cook those “healthy” meals. I dont really eat fast food, and i eat fruits and vegetables, but especially at school, there really isnt anything healthy. and i would prepare my own lunch to carry, but i cant bother lol. and i usually eat cereal for breakfast and ramen 4 dinner. i used to drink over 8 glasses of water per day, but i stopped (idk y, im gonna start back) so expensive diets are out of the question… i just want some suggestions for affordable food, that can still improve my health.its just too bad that the foods that are bad for you, cost less… lol and taste better too… so yea… THX IN ADVANCE!!! , <3 <3

GetSlimFast answers:

15-20lbs is easy to lose over the summer..
Try swimming or being as active as you can..
Eat eggs and veggies for breakfast..
Drink about 64oz of water per day or more depending on how active you are don’t go crazy though you can get sick.
Eat every two hours it would be something like this..
Two eggs with 1 cup of mushrooms and whatever veggies you like
cooked in pam no butter or added fats..
Then two hours later
an apple and string cheese
then for lunch a small salad light dressing and half of a turkey sandwich on whole grain bread no mayo or anything maybe a little mustard because it is calorie free a water and a piece of fruit
another snack a small salad or fruit, whole grain muffin something healthy even a glass of 2 percent milk and half a muffin
dinner try filling most your plate with veggie like half the plate
a quarter with a healthy startch and a quarter with lean meat like chicken breast, or a small chicken with no skin..turkey
stay away from junk food
drink water
the food i just wrote out is just an example to what you could do you could mix it up but just try to stick to what advice it is giving you more fruit and veggies smaller meals more through out the day..
And you should have the weight off the healthy way by the time school starts also

try doing squats every day 2 reps of 15 and
laying down and moving your leg like you riding a bike for 15-30 mintues a day this is great for abs and legs
good luck and do it the healthy way
get it off now why your young and try to get in the best shape as possible now so the weight wont just creep up in the future..

Your Questions About How To Burn Inner Thigh Fat Fast

Helen asks…

How do I burn belly fat fast!?

I do hundreds of crunches and stomach workouts. When I flex, my stomach feels rock hard but I can’t get rid of the gut! I eat very healthy and stay away from junk food, but I can’t seem to burn away my stomach fat. I also do cardio but nothing works. Also my inner thighs, same story. I don’t know what to do to get rid of the stubborn fat. I work out a lot, I have strong muscle mass but like I said still can’t get rid of that stubborn fat!

Thanks,
Jessica.

GetSlimFast answers:

In order to have a 6-pack you will need to you drop your body-fat to around 6%. You can’t decide where are you going to lose fat your body decides, and belly is last place to lose fat. Losing weight should be slow process.
Seek for good nutritionist.

Work-out and have fun doing it.

Hope this helps

Michael asks…

Is it better to walk/slowly jog than to run fast, for weightloss and/or toning?

21 year old, female, 5’2, 115 lbs

I want to lose the bit of fat I have around my stomach and upper/inner thighs and tone those places…

How should I approach this??
Should I stay in my heart rate “fat burning zone”?
Should I interval train?

I have a small gym here at my apartments, so what machines should I utilize, for how long, and with what intensity??

GetSlimFast answers:

You can’t pick and choose where you want to lose fat, it has to come off all over.

Walking/running only tones the buttocks in my experience and you don’t burn additional calories by going faster, you only take less time.

It’s murder on your skeletal system to run, I would walk it.

Thomas asks…

legs feel harder, fats still there.?

i’ve been working out pretty consistently since january. not hardcore but at least 3 times a week from 20 mins to 80 mins i’ve been watching what i eat like not changing what i eat just how much i eat. my primary beverage is water and it treat myself to juice every now and then, i’ve been a bit more lenient with cookies but that’s definitely temporary.

i’ve lost 4 inches on my waist since december and 2 inches on my thighs however i don’t really feel a difference i weighed myself last week and i’m down to 191 from the 194-198 range i was at b4 but idk if it’s actually that number of if it wasflip flopping. i don’t check the scales too often because of that. but i’ve noticed that my thigh muscles feel harder on teh top so i guess that’s good but i don’t want muscles and my legs are thick. all i’ve been doing is walking, eliptical and leg presses, billy’s bootcamp beginner and hip hop abs (hips buns thighs) so i was wondering whether the thigh weight should shed off a little faster now since i’ve gained muscle there or if i’m just building muscle. i don’t want to build muscle there cuz they’re already huge so what can i do to burn the fat but not gain muscle? targeting under thighs and inner thighs.

also how many inches does it take to lose to notice a difference in like pant sizes?

GetSlimFast answers:

If your a girl you just want to have curves and if your a guy want abs, but overall you don’t need to “work out” just watch what you eat and eat likes of fruits and vegs. And well excersiz but like just streching

Mark asks…

How can I get thinner arms, thighs, waist, and flatter stomach?

I’m not overweight and my arms aren’t like insanely fat. But I’d like thinner arms. I’m going on a beach vacation in six weeks and I haven’t voluntarily worn are bikini in three years, but I really want to this year. I don’t want twig arms, and I don’t want muscley arms, not even a little. I know I have to have SOME muscle, but I don’t want to lift weights or anything. I’d also like thinner thighs (including inner thighs) and a flatter stomach. Same thing: no muscle wanted. Here’s my exercise routine:

Treadmill (25 minutes of fast walking, 20min break, 10 minutes of jogging, burns 300cal total)
50 crunches (2 sets of 25)
90 squats (3 sets of 30)
200 leg lifts (100 per leg)

Would that help? What else could I do?

Also, I’m on a diet, if that helps.

Your Questions About How To Lose Inner Thigh Fat Fast

Maria asks…

How can I lose a lot of inner thigh fat fast?

I eat 1000 calories a day and work out about 2 hours everyday all week. I either run or work out on my treadmill. I’d really like to lose as much fat as possible in the next month. Please help me.
Today I actually cut my calorie intake to 500. Not very healthy, I know but I need to lose this weight in a month.

GetSlimFast answers:

You gained the fat over a long period of time, and the only way to lose it permanently is to do it slowly. The failure rate of crash diets is extremely high.

Healthy weight loss is one-two pounds per week. Don’t overdo it. 500 calories per day is too little — especially considering your high activity level. Slow down on the crash diet and lose the fat permanently.

Eating so few calories will put your metabolism on starvation mode, in which losing more weight becomes more and more difficult. “Nutritionists recommend a minimum daily intake of 1200 calories. When you drastically reduce this number or stop eating, you deprive your body of vitamins, carbohydrates, proteins and nutrients that it needs to sustain itself.” (second source below)

Please click on the first link below about a woman – a newlywed – who tried a crash diet of 530 calories per day for 11 weeks. Don’t let it happen to you. It’s very dangerous.

P.S. Spot reducing is a fallacy. Your body loses fat from places like the belly, the buns and the thighs last. It’s an evolutionary thing, the body’s way of protecting itself from long periods of lack of food.

Ken asks…

how can i lose the dreaded inner thigh fat fast? what are exercises that i can do at home? helpp :) ?

does anyone have any tips or exercises for losing the weight on the inner thighs? i hate my thighs, and i really need to tone them.what other exercises can i do besides running? thankss :)

GetSlimFast answers:

You already know the answer, you said it :) its running, the ONLY way to lose fat is to burn more calories than you consume. Doing any sort of weight-lifting exercise will only build muscle, possibly making the target area larger. You CANNOT spot reduce, that is lose weight from 1 specific part of the body, you must lose weight over your entire body and eventually the weight will come off your target area. If you have a lot of fat in that particular area then odds are that will be one of the first places you lose fat, places that are last to add fat, are last to lose it, such as your face (for most) or hands and feet..
Again, do cardio… Weight-lifting is great for full body health and having a lot of muscle on your body will help your body burn more calories while resting (as muscle requires more energy to maintain) but you will not lose fat on your thigh by exercising your thigh…

what is the best way to lose the inner thigh fat fast?
im going to fast walk twice a week for 40 minutes each which apparently gets rid of your stomach fat into muscles.
does that help with thighs as well?

GetSlimFast answers:

Everyone has a problem spot. It can be around the stomach, thighs, arms or chest. No matter where your trouble spot is, the solution is exactly the same. You need to eat less and exercise more. The reason why there’s only one solution for all of these problems is because it’s impossible to tell your body where to burn the excess fat from.

When you eat too many calories, your body stores the excess energy as fat in different areas around the body. To lose this fat, you need to create a calorie deficit (eat less than you burn) to force your body to start burning that fat for energy. There is absolutely no way to control where your body goes to find this extra fat.

The larger your calorie deficit (a bigger calorie deficit means a bigger difference between what you eat and what you burn) the faster your body will burn excess fat and the quicker your body fat percentage will start to decrease. You can increase your calorie deficit by cutting your daily intake and exercising more. Sit ups will do nothing to target the fat around your abs just like squats will do nothing to target the fat around your thighs. You can read more about fixing your trouble spots at the Guide to Reducing Body Fat – http://straighthealth.com/pages/guides/reducebodyfat.html

Your Questions About Lose Weight In 2 Weeks

Sharon asks…

what is an easy way to lose weight in 2 weeks?

i have a little over 2 weeks to lose up to 10 pounds. im 14 and heard that sit ups are useless. are they? and any other info about weight loss i would really appreciate:) also: its mostly in the stomach area that i need weight loss in.

GetSlimFast answers:

1 Dietary control and exercise. It’s true what they say – all you need to do is watch what you eat, and expend more energy than you consume. It’s really that simple. You can quit reading this list now, you now know everything you need to know and didn’t need to fork over $500 for the privilege of me telling you the secret of losing weight. You don’t need to read a 4,000 page book, you don’t have to buy a tape series, you don’t need to stay up late at night to watch infomercials to understand this basic premise. It’s 100% true.

2 Change your lifestyle. If you’re calling this a “diet,” then you’re going to gain all the weight back (and more) within a few months of losing it. Diets do not work. Diets are temporary. When you change your dietary lifestyle, however, you’re changing your habits – and you’re putting yourself on track for long-term / continued success and weight maintenance. Don’t ever tell anybody you’re on a diet – ever. I’m speaking from experience, here – a reformed low-carber. Worked out well for a while, but ultimately failed because my entire lifestyle didn’t change (permanently).

3 Join an online support group. In my case, I created my own – FatBlasters. It’s essential that you not feel alone, and reaching out to friends (new or old) is typically a smart move. I just heard about PeetTrainer, but didn’t know about it when I began down the road to weight loss. You have to know that others are out there for moral support – they know things that you couldn’t possibly know, and they’ve probably been “in your shoes” at some point in the past (or present). Share stories, laughter, tears, successes, and failures – share them. There are thousands of communities out there, so keep looking until you find the one that fits you.

4 Take before and after photos. I know it sucks to see yourself as a chunky monkey (sorry, that’s what I called myself – if only to get myself motivated to meet my weight loss goal). However, there’s no easier way to illustrate your progress. The “after” photos are far more fun to capture and share, admittedly. Find yourself on Flickr! It’s good to see yourself how others see you. Do you like how you look? In many ways, Flickr helped me lose weight.

5 Hire a substitute teacher. Don’t reach for the brands you know and love immediately – or without thinking first. Eggs are “good” for you, but consider using egg substitutes instead (in fact, many restaurants will let you order lower calorie foods). There are countless “lower” alternatives for you to try. If something different doesn’t taste good, by all means – find a better substitute, or eat less of the original. In some cases, the substitute may be worse for you than the regular version of the product. The good news is, healthier choices are silently replacing their “normal” counterparts – and they taste just as nice.

6 Start reading labels. I know it sucks, but you have to do it – and there’s no way to avoid this tip. If you don’t know what you’re putting in your mouth, you’re flying blind. Don’t assume, either – triple-check the ingredients list and serving sizes. You must rely on yourself for this; nobody else is going to be able to lose the weight or do the math for you. It’s not that complicated a task, but it will require effort. If nothing else, just pay attention to the calorie count.

7 What’s so funny about bovines? If you like cheese, you must buy the Laughing Cow brand, and keep several of the suckers in stock at all times. The individually-wrapped wedges make for excellent snacks, and are wonderful when melted over just about anything edible. I’d be careful about straight-up American cheese, though – it’s oil, but not necessarily as good for you as (say) a slice of cheddar would be. I have yet to find something as calorie-light and filling as Laughing Cow (I don’t know how they do it).

8 Tell your family. You’re not going to lose the weight alone, even if you ARE alone in losing the weight. If you’ve got a family at home, talk to them about it – initially, not incessantly. Let them know what you’re going to do, and that you want (and need) their support. If you don’t let them know, you’re running the risk of them inadvertently sabotaging your efforts. You want them to help you get to your goal(s). You want them to share in your happiness when you’ve made it past a certain mark. Who knows? Maybe some of your new habits will rub off on them and they’ll become healthier people, too?

Mark asks…

How can I slim down in 2 weeks? Not lose weight as such, but be smaller!?

I’m in a fashion show in 2 weeks time (for charity) and I’m worried I won’t fit in the dress they’ve picked! It’s for the bridal section. It’s a wedding dress (really) with a boned corset top. It was very tight when I first tried it and unfortunately I’m one of those people whose weight fluctuates quite a lot. I could do with losing 2-3 inches+ from my stomach/waist in 2 weeks.

A friend had suggested the “juicing diet” but will this work for me? I don’t need to lose weight, just inches. I don’t want the kind of diet that will take the weight straight off my breasts as that isn’t going to help me!

Thank you!
By not wanting to lose weight but lose inches, I mean I’m looking for ways to stop bloating, water retention, etc. Not looking for a lecture on how I should have known about this weeks ago! (Which actually, I didn’t.) I found out last week and have bad hormones that make me bloat and retain water. But thanks.

And a genuine thank you to everyone else!

GetSlimFast answers:

Still isn’t healthy, no matter how you look at it, but the best thing you can do to drop five to ten pounds or so, (two or three inches is a lot), is a mild diuretic added to your diet SHORT TERM. Leek broth, (buy leeks, cook them down, drink the broth, eat the leeks) works wonders for french women! Basically, don’t stop drinking water because this will actually make you retain more, but pulling the excess water out of your system and reducing inflammation in your body is the quick fix you’re looking for. Look into the Percone Promise. Great book and a healthier process. Good luck with that dress, and just promise that you’ll eat after!

John asks…

How to lose weight in 2 weeks?

i really dont want to hear how unhealthy it is cause i already know i just would like a way to lose 15 to 20 pounds of fat in 2 weeks. Also what is the most weight you have lost in 2 weeks?

GetSlimFast answers:

I would try this workout. At the same time you will be gaining muscule and burning fat. So its awesome.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Two 5 pounds weights.
* means one 5 pound weight in each hand.

If you don’t have two 5 pound weights try using water bottles full of water.

Workout:
Stretch
*20 Bench Press x3
20 squats x3
*20 side arm lifts x3
20 crunches x3
20 push-ups x3
*20 lunges x3
20 leg lifts x3
Walk for 30 mins
Stretch

Stretching before your workout helps you not to pull a muscule during your workout.

Stretching after your workout helps you not be AS sore afterward.

I try to do this everyday, but I’m sure you would get results doing this only 2-4 days a week. I recomend everyday.

Eat 1500 calories a day and drink 8 glasses of water daily.

You will lose weight and tone up!

I’ve lost 6 pounds and I’ve only been doing it for a week!

You can do it! I know you can!

You will be sore. And it will hurt but you can do it.

Don’t be scared to add more excercises of more reps.

Hope this works for you!

Sandra asks…

School Starts In 2 Weeks, Lose Weight?

So yes, school starts back up for me in 2 weeks. August 20th. I will finaly be a SENIOR :} muahaha.

Anyways, I kinda wanna lose some weight, im not fat or anything but I wouldn’t mind being more…toned? What could i do to just get a tighter stomache?

Thanks :]

GetSlimFast answers:

Well, lucky lucky you. School starts on the 17th for me. :p
Well, you really should have started a few weeks earlier, but yeah, summer vacation gets a buncha people going and takes up time for studying, and exercising. You can still start now, and have a fit body in a few weeks if you make an exercise work out plan. Just eat healthy, exercise at least 2-3 times a day by doing crunches, push-ups, pull-ups, weight lifting, or jogging/running a track. This will help you get toned in no time. But, everything takes time, so you can start whenever your schedule is free.
Hope this helps!

Your Questions About How To Lose Fat On Inner Thighs

Joseph asks…

How to lose fat on inner thighs?

I am pretty toned in my upper body, but want to lose some fat between my legs (inner thigh part). Is there any exercises which I can do for this?

GetSlimFast answers:

Spot exercises don’t work studies show. You just have to try to lose weight, and hope it comes off in that area.

John asks…

How to lose inner thigh fat and thigh muscle bulk for a guy?

I’m 15 and on my school’s soccer team. My thighs have always been a problem since I lost my chubbyness as a kid, but now they look so disproportional compared to my leaner upper body. I joined the team to lose some fat, but now there bulky with muscle with a small layer of fat on my thighs, especially on the inner thigh. What can i do? And also looking to lose some bum fat. I don’t want to get any weaker, I just want toned proportional legs without massive muscle on them.

GetSlimFast answers:

Hi there, I would class myself as having the same problem. Some people refer to me as being pear shaped and others would say hourglass. I believe i am more pear shaped, the best form of exercise you can do is running. Drink plenty of water throughout the day, and start a running regime, it is honestly the best way to help with this very common problem area! Squats also help with bum but overall weight loss and toning for legs and hips is running. Xx

Laura asks…

How can I lose inner thigh fat without getting any skinnier?

My upper thighs have a good deal of fat on the inner part of them. The rest of me is pretty skinny, which helps make my thighs look especially disproportionate and large. I was wondering how I could go about losing the fat here specifically. I know you can’t spot reduce, but was hoping that someone would have some suggestions of possible ways to work out, ways to eat, etc. that would allow me to lose the fat here without getting any skinnier or bulking up anywhere else.

You know you can’t “spot reduce” yet that’s exactly what you’re asking for. If you’re genetically predisposed to carrying weight there, then you’re out of luck. Working out that area will only build muscle there, not reduce fat there.

Steven asks…

How do you lose inner thigh fat?

After I had my last baby, I went back down to my normal size everywhere but my inner thighs. I am a naturally small person so I don’t really have fat I need to lose anywhere else on my body. I don’t want to try diet pills or creams, just want to see if anyone knows of any exercises that work to take this inner thigh fat away?

GetSlimFast answers:

Take a very small exercise ball, soccer ball, or any type of small ball. Sit with your knees bent and place the ball between your thighs. Bring your thighs in together as far as you can this will squeeze the ball.

This will work your inner thighs and you can even do it while watching tv.

Good Luck!

How to lose fat in inner thighs?

I have been walking for 3 weeks and the only results i get are on my outer thighs.
please don’t give me the same “run everyday” regime -i’m fed up with it

I’m going to assume you don’t belong to a gym or you’d ask them, so I’m going to give you an excersie to work your inner thighs without weights. Lie on your side with your head propped on your hand with your elbow on the ground. Or with your head rested on your arm with your arm on the ground. Put your legs straight out. The leg on top should be behind the leg on the ground. (Heal to toe) Then lift the leg on the ground a few inches and then lower it to almost touching the ground. The point is to keep control of your leg and not let it touch the ground. You want to go slow so you get more out of it. Do ten and roll over and do ten with the other leg. I’d do three sets at least once a day. A little modified way is to bring the top leg and put it over the other leg, foot flat on the floor. (Make a “cover” over the knee of the leg that’s on the ground) On the leg that you are moving, the toes should be pointed towards your body; flat foot, not pointed toes.

Try Plea squats. They focus on your inner thighs
