What ever it is, its not going to help you lose weight. Fat in your body needs to be burnt. It just cant be removed by eating or drinking something. I am not sure but probably Master Cleanse could be clearing your bowels which helps to reduce weight but its not burning fat. In order to have long term weight loss, you need to burn fat.
The most important part about losing weight is being able to keep it off. You can only keep the weight loss off if the weight loss came from losing fat and not water or muscles. None of the people who successfully kept the weight off, took Master Cleanse. A little about me:
I’m 14 years old . I’m 5′ 4″ . I weigh about 150 .
I’m not really obese or big,
and I work out at 24hr Fitness a lot .
I read about the Master Cleanse online after I watched E! news said that Beyonce did it to drop lbs . And I really want to go to highschool a little different, A.K.A lose the big clothes & make shopping a little easier . Some say the M.C. works but some say it’s dangerous & you’ll gain the weight you lost back again .
So tell me, is it okay for me, how do i start, and have YOU done it ?

It’s pseudo-scientific pap, like all “detox” diets and like all starvation diets, it will make you lose substantial amounts of muscle tissue along with plenty of water and a bit of fat. In short, it’s a waste of time and health. Continue working out, and stop eating junk and fast food and drink sugary sodas.

If you keep living with the “i want it now” attitude you’ll get no where.
Agreed with the above poster, exercise the old, right, hard but true way.
Also, I’ve taken a class (still not an expert mind you) that I’ve learned that you have good bacteria in your digestive system that may be wiped out during your cleanse.
Besides now that I think about it, I have done some research on detoxification and know your body is good enough to clean itself on it’s own.
Have faith in your body, it’s kept you going this far, no?

I need to lose 1 pound a day for 30 days. I’ve heard beyonce lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks, some other people have lost a lot of weight in a short amount of time. I really have to lose this weight so I can weigh 110 pounds

heres the recipe
60 ounces of filtered water
12 Tablespoons of organic grade B maple syrup
12 Tablespoons of organic lemon juice
1/2 Teaspoon cayenne pepper powder

It’s not healthy to do the master clense for that long. 2 weeks is the maximum time you should do the diet. Yes it does work but it puts your body into starvation mode, so you feel cold and tired. You body burns fat AND MUSCLE to give it’s self energy. When you go back to eating you body is still in stavation mode so it stores as much fat as it can, so the end result is you gain the weight back plus some more, the only thing you lose is your muscle and your self esteam. I hate to be negitive but take if from some one who’s done this…. It’s a bad idea!
Try a healthy slow diet, you will feel great while you do it and the weight loss will be permanant. Take care and all the best!

Well i really need to drop like 15-20 pounds by christmas for this party and i need to do it fast
I was thinkin about doing a liquid diet for 2 weeks and then adding like a few veggies every day and then a little fruit.

It is very unhealthy. Your doing nothing but slowing down your metabolism. When you go into starvation mode especially without any protein, your body resorts to muscle for fuel, hangs on to fat stores(survival mechanism) and the less mucle you have the lower your metabolism will be. Don’t eat any less than 1200 calories a day.

Hey, you could try getting a chair and just repeatedly stepping up onto the chair and down agian. It sounds so simple but when done repeatedly really is effective for shaping up the leg muscles

You can go on you tube and search for these exercises but sometimes you do not get all the info and you might just waste your time.
I Absolutely agree that targetted weight reduction is quite tough. The thing is that some women lose their thigh fat while they are loosing pounds – In general – and some of them may lost 25 pounds and their thighs stays the same.
I’ve been searching for good weightloss online programs for quite a bit – and there is lot of them .Not too many of them them that would focus only on ” fat thigh ” issues.
Anyways – many women trying to loose their thigh fat with this program .

I started working out about 2 weeks ago and have found exercises that are working well on my stomach and arms but i want to lose my thigh fat. The fat is in the inside of my legs. I jog 5k everyday and do multiple moves but none seem to be doing anything. Im thirteen and weigh 140 pounds which is 5 less than when i stated. Im about 5 foot 6. Please tell me any moves that worked for you or someone you know

Clean your closet of the “fat” clothes. Once you’ve reached your target weight, throw out or give away every piece of clothing that doesn’t fit. The idea of having to buy a whole new wardrobe if you gain the weight back will serve as a strong incentive to maintain your new figure.
. Serve your dinner restaurant style (food on the plates) rather than family style (food served in bowls and on platters on the table). When your plate is empty, you’re finished; there’s no reaching for seconds.

Tell me what to eat and what exercises to do and how long and fast I should start running. And also how often to do the exercises

Taylor try to get in at least 35 to 40 minutes of exercise each day. This is more than enough exercise to get you in-shape in two weeks. Cardio exercises are what you should be doing to lose the weight so quickly.
Jog and run at different intervals. Example : Jog for 3 minutes then run full speed for 15 seconds then slow it back down to a comfortable jog. Exercising this way will really get your metabolism a big boost.

Can someone please tell me the fastest way to lose thigh fat! I want slim thighs for summer right now! I don’t have ALOT of fat, but there’s still fat there. There must be a fast way to get rid of it, without getting surgery or taking any kind of products! Someone who knows it works, PLEASE help me! I don’t care if it’s not permanent, I just need it for summer! I’m willing to do anything! I’ve heard so many ppl saying you can slim them in 2 weeks even!

1. Jump-roping is actually very effective. Try practicing at least 25 minutes 3-4 times a week. If you want even faster results, practice more.
2. Squats. About 20 times per set, without pausing. Again, for faster results, do more.
3. Power walking. To see effects, walk for about 45 minutes at a time. For faster results, do 60(+) minutes. Carrying weights when doing this results in higher fat burning and faster metabolic rate.

As per above – I have a transfer cable link for inter-calc, but still couldn’t play 2 player games. Is that because I am playing games that were built for 83?
Or alternatively, could anyone suggest any games that are multiplayer for 84+.

The TI-84+ can support two possible connection types—the I/O cable and the USB cable. I’m assuming you mean you have the USB cable, correct?
If so, then that’s usually the case; a lot of games that have multiplayer support were made for the TI-83+, because it also shares the same I/O port. It’s mainly just for compatibility, I’m assuming.
While I wish I could suggest to you some multiplayer games, sadly, most of them are really only for TI-83(+). Since that was the most popular calculator back in the day (and perhaps still is), it would make more sense for developers to write programs compatible for them, instead of the (slightly) less used TI-84+. But try browsing in the following directories, and maybe you’ll get lucky at finding a game that can support both:

I am 4’11″ woman that weighs about 127 lbs. . .and i am currently taking a diet supplement to help enhance my workouts. I do 30-45 mins of Cardio(combination of joggin and running) and 15-20 mins of muscle toning (targeting the tummy are since i am a mom)every day.I t makes it even harder fo me b/c i take about 20 credits per semester at college and i work full time.
I know losing the “mummy tummy” is going to a killer but, when i was around 110 before my son, i ALWAYS had trouble losing that inner thigh fat NO MATTER HOW MUCH RUNNING i would do. I mean i used to play Soccer and jog about 3 miles a day and nothing would get rid of that fat that’s right at the top area near your “genital region”
Hope you know what i am talking about. . .Any moms with similar problems? I am a very open minded person. . .PLEASE HELP ME!

but i may be able to help. Cuz i was always worried about that too.
Give a machine at the gym called “hip abductor” a shot.
Its where you have to padded cushions facing the inside of your knees, and you pull them apart, set your desired weight, and squuuueeeze. Make sure youu do a lot of reps and sets with this. This is a machine i use daily too.
Also, dont expect its going to go away in a few weeks, it took more than a few months for me to start noticing.

do guys always pay attention to your inner thigh… and is it a turn off??
i’m very self consious about my inner thighs and can’t seem to slim them down even though i’ve done cardio everyday after school, and i do squats and lunges which are supposed to help and it’s not!

You know, there will always be someone to find flaws or faults, but to be honest, most guys don’t pick apart women the way we do to ourselves. And truth is, in 20 years everything changes so if they are being picky about it now, I’d avoid them like the plague. You are fine.

Yes, but outside of losing fat you’ll need to tone too. Do some leg exercises like pilates, leg lifts, squats etc….

2) Butt fat not muscle. I have a rather large behind and I’m quite tiny
3) SLIGHT SADDLE BAGS (ugh impossible)
4) Lower tummy flab
IF possible, some bulky thigh muscle and inner thigh fat.
Does cardio really help this? If so, what kind? Like running, swimming, bike riding, etc?
Any weight loss suggestions and totally body tone up rather fast? My whole thighs and butt area are the things I most want to tone, slightly lift and shrink quite a bit
